All the times I bought tea to boost my milk supply, it never dawned on me that I could save money by making my own batch. By going to your local health food store and purchasing a few herbs, you can easily make enough milk boosting tea to last you a few months. 1/2 cup nettle leaf, dried
1/2 cup red raspberry leaf, dried
1/4 cup alfalfa leaf, dried
1/4 cup dandelion leaf, dried
1/4 cup fennel seed, you could also substitute fennel with any of these seeds: anise, cumin, caraway, coriander or dill
1/4 cup blessed thistle
ground cinnamon, to flavor
Recipe #2
2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
1/2 tablespoon fennel seeds
1/2 tablespoon dried nettle
1/4 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
1 cup boiling water.
Recipe #3
1 ounce dried borage leaves or blessed thistle
1 ounce dried raspberry leaves or nettle leaves
1 tsp anise or coriander seeds
Recipe #4
1 tsp of fennel
1 tsp of cumin
1tsp of Dill
